That's from Steely Dan and I heard it sitting in the dentist office with my daughter this morning. It occurred to me while listening that those five lines are the perfect description of my reaction every time Bush or Cheney open their mouths about Iraq.

I thought Becker and Fagen had it right on when they wrote about that last days of the Clinton administration, as they were clearing out of the White House:
