Texas Republicans join Vast Left Wing Conspiracy

Josh Marshall gives us the real truth behind the Texas Court of Appeals decision not to dismiss Tom Delay's money laundering case or kick it back to a lower court for immediate trial.

While Delay runs around screaming about Ronnie Earle, the "partisan prosecutor" at the tip of the Vast Left Wing Conspiracy to unseat poor little hammer, the Texas Court of Appeals joins the Michael Moore wing of the party.

That's a little strange, given that all of them are elected judges and all of them are Republicans.
