The New Republic (via Talking Points Memo for me) has a further discussion of the Wal Mart override and draws some of the same conclusions as I came to yesterday. I like their headline:
Unions 1, Wal Mart 0.
What they don't cover in that headline, of course, is that they have provided the score for the round completed yesterday, but in the overall match the score is something like Wal Mart 7,958, Unions - well, they're starting to get in the game.
I appear to be stuck for awhile but may lose internet service, so hopefully I'll be back tonight.
