List This
Everyone seems to have a list. Letterman and the top 10. Colbert and his "dead to me" thing or whatever the hell that is. Amazon.com is full of listmania. I need a list of my own. I'm still working on the title, but to make it you've got to have a blatant disregard for the truth and, I guess, be public about it.
It's going to be a long list. I've got a few entries this morning already.
First up is the aforementioned James Frey, author of "A Million Little Pieces". Here's some further information about his apparent deception and some potential consequences.
Second is John Stossel, the ridiculous ABC guy who, even if you thought everything he said was dead on, would still appear as an opportunistic propagandist on his best day. He was on The Colbert Report last night and, I thought, handled well by Colbert. Still, just the sight of him and I'm bracing myself for massive distortion in the name of...well, I would suspect money and fame, but who knows?
Lastly, I'm tempted to include the Senate Judiciary Committee - all of them - and the White House propaganda arm for claiming Democrats made Mrs. Alito cry. But, that's just too easy.
Ok, apparently my technology skills are deficient and this airport computer will not let me put the links in correctly. Here's the James Frey link:

Travel day so light posting.
